Now, every detail of the training program as well as the diagrams in the context of training program are owned by the organization. Hence, it is important to take the written permission of the organization before publishing it online. So, I will take the permission to publish the diagram online.

The basic source code is prepared my friend and further modifications are done by myself. So, both of us, jointly own the product. If a software developer, offers good value for the shareware source code, then I should share it with the friend as it is her basic code that is used to accommodate the necessary changes by myself. I can also include her in a negotiation process to make it completely transparent process.
