Explanation / Answer

Decision quality can be defined as accuracy of the specific decision for the mitigation of the problem for which the decision was made. If a decision is correct and affects the organisation in a positive way then definitely the decision was good in quality.

Connected to action can be defined as feeling fullness of an employee towards its organisation for doing a specific job. If you are assigned to do something specific inside in organisation then no matter what, commitment the same and employee does each and every part of the specific job as required for betterment of the organisation at any cost.

I really don't have any kind of difficulty making quality decisions as I usually prefer goal setting theory which is is the overall process of making the decision in a qualitative A. Best type of software which helps me to create a better structure for creating positive results from my decision making most of the times.

Framing right problem is the most important part of any problem resolution. If the problem is wrongly placed then the overall efficiency in mitigation of the problem would drastically reduced which would also be very harmful for an employee as well as the workplace in structure in terms of providing adequate information for the conflict or problem resolution.
