Part B:-
Articles on two of the above topics are given below:
Ours being a healthcare organization, we are responsible for well-being and treatment of our patients and working towards their speedy recovery from any ailment. However, while performing our job, do we know what threats and challenges we pose? We pose threats from attacks from the grieving relatives of the patients, any outside attack and even, within our organization. As many of our employees are females, it will become our greater responsibility that we create a sense of safety among them. There might be some situations in which the employees will have to defend themselves when nobody is there to help them. For making our employees to be able to handle such situations when they are alone, our organization has proposed to undertake training classes for our employees to train them in self-defense. The training will be conducted five days a week at 06.30 pm. Special training instructors having knowledge in defensive skills have been invited for imparting training on our employees with special focus on ladies workers. This training is compulsory to attend by each and every employee, as the organization is concerned about the safety of its employees and it thinks that each and every employee should be able to defend himself/herself in any adverse situation.

Our organization has devised a strategy to hold periodical meetings on the security of this organization and its employees. It is noticed in recent time, that employees of some healthcare organizations have faced attacks from the grieving relatives of patients and caused damage to the property, suspicious persons entering the premises, internal disturbances etc. To avoid such situations in our organization and to maintain a healthy and safe environment, the management has decided to hold a meeting on review of security. All the section heads are requested to attend the same on Monday at 12.30 pm in the Conference Hall. They should come prepared with the problems and challenges their subordinates are facing at the workplace, their view on how to overcome them, what changes they need in their workplace for effective working.
