I recently visited Burger King Restaurant at 5656 W Manchester Ave, Los Angeles. The quality and safety analysis of the facility is as below:
External store appearance: The location and external store appearance is fine. But there is problem with the drive thru exit. The drivers were not able to view the pedestrians on sidewalk while exiting the drive thru. There are no signs placed.
Accuracy of order: The order was accurate. I had ordered cheeseburger meal and sold drink and got the same.
Cleanliness of the restaurant: The kitchen area, tables and washroom at the restaurant was clean.
Employee appearance and friendliness: Staff was slow, unfriendly and unprofessional. They were not proactive and kept the customers waiting. Besides, they were hassling to close the store despite of the fact that other customers were also there.
Service speed and accuracy: The service was little slow.
Food quality, temperature: The food quality was average in taste and appearance. The French fries were cold.
Apparent safety hazards: As stated earlier, the location of drive thru exit is not good and it might cause accidents. Proper warning signs should be there at the exit gate.
