There are many different forms of “smart”. There are street smarts, book smarts, etc. Being smart means to have knowledge about a topic. I think that you can be smart in some areas and not in others. I also think that smart is an earned status. You must put some sort of effort in to become smart.
Intelligence is something you are born with. Your IQ is a measurement of your intelligence, and doesn’t change because it is a measure of your ability to learn.

It makes them stronger as a person because they are confident and comfortable with who they are as a person. However, having too much pride can prevent a student from learning about others. It can prevent them from being able to accept diversity, because they feel as though they are better.
