Explanation / Answer

The Excel sheet link is asking authorization i.e. user name and password.

=IF function can be used to impose a condition in the excel. For example, if one wants to take only the positive value from column-C, one can write "=IF(C1>0,C1,0)". Copying this formula in any cell will give the either the positive value or zero.
