In the early stages of the camera we perceived what we saw as the truth. After the first few decades of living with the camera in our visual world there have been several instances where a photographer could manipulate the image and alter the way we see the truth. Today the most notable form of this is Photoshop. How has the manipulation of imagery affected the way we perceive the truth? Write a one page paper that addresses the history of altering reality. Consider the following: are there other forms of art that we see this? Were artists altering photographs before the advent of digital photography and Photoshop?

Ans: In earlier days camera only captures the things that are projected as it is. The technology brings in certain changes. The reality start getting altered. Photoshop is the process to put what ever one wants to keep in the photography, earlier there was counted number of reels in the camera, but in digital world everything depends on size and space. People sometimes put in the automatic mode and there are lot numbers of fascility available to click the pictures. If picture become dark, one can put light and make it bright as per choice. To show bold pictures one can photoshop faces also.

As we know everything has advantages and disadvantages. This technology also has disadvancement as people sometimes use photoshop images which go against the image of that personality. Fake images take no time in going viral. Earlier it was difficult to alter reality as to alter as same as original one has to be techonologicaly sharp minded only then he/she can do these type of things.
