HF has the highest boiling point.

Boiling occurs if the molecules got enough kinetic energy to overcome intermolecular (or interatomic) forces. HF is a very polar molecule and can exhibit hydrogen bonding.

Cl2 , He and CH4 Molecules are non polar and have relatively lower interparticle forces of attraction
