The reason why Cs is the easiest to ionize is because it is agroup 1A element that is prone to lose 1 electron just as Na. However, due to Cs's massive size and radius (its ionizableelectron would be very very far from the positively charged core,which is what keeps electrons attached there) it is much moreeasily ionized than Na.
Mg is most difficult to attach an electron onto there becauseMg naturally is prone to lose 2 electrons to achieve the octet(just as Na is prone to lose 1 to achieve an octet) attaching anelectron would only further remove it from its octet and moststable ionized form so it would be very endothermic. F andO's would naturally accept electrons easily because it moves themcloser to their full octet.
