Question
Please direct this to someone in Customer Care and don't take away one of my 20 questions I'm allowed since this is more an administrative or business office question.
Aloha, I'm curious where you get the answered solutions from. For example, where does the answers to Paula Yurkanis Bruice's Organic Chemistry 7th Ed. come from, the actual Solution manual? or from a pool of students who've taken, are taking the course/or the best solutions compiled from the Internet? This is important to know the truth about this question so please be straight with me as I've paid good money to you folks for several years now and have a need to know. I'm curious why these solutions have thumbs up or down if they're found helpful or not. Why and where? Mahalo, please respond ASAP. Daryl
