1) as F- act as nucleophile it will attack on carbon (E) due to less steric hinderence , and the attack is from back side . hence option C is correct .

2) in presence of H2SO4 there will protonation of alkene bond and therefore to stabilize that +ve charge oxygen will attack 0n 4 th or 5th position respectively with release of proton as (H+) .
