I will be mentioning the points;

The most important thing is to keep the customers with you if you are bringing them. As sales have increased , Shawn must ensure that whether he will be able to handle the adequate increase or not, and should take the orders accordingly. Shawn must write the following things in Memo so that the customeres should rely on him. The points are as follows:

1.The best service builds Trust; As i am aware that i have not been providing best service to you in past but i ensure that i will resolve all the issues and will earn your respect back.,

2, Customer Service matters more than the price. As through past success you have been a regular customer and because of the good service i provided in beginning i ensure that u will not be getting bad service.

3. It appeals to the Customer; Once upon a time, business was all about closing the sale. It didn’t matter how you got to that point. These days, you will need to cater to the New Customer. This is someone who expects to be treated as a person, who wants more from the experience, and who does not want to be just a number. Better customer service will ensure you are providing them what they want.

4, Good customer service reduces problems;Problems are always going to arise for any business no matter how hard we try to avoid them. While if i can’t run a perfect business with all the perfect customers, we can ensure friction doesn’t become an issue. If customers know that they can voice complaints and those issues will be handled properly, they will feel more comfortable doing business with you.
