Subject: A letter of concern – Importance of customer service

Dear All,

Thank You for your best performance which has geared up the business of the company. Sales have been increasing at a tremendous rate. However, there is a grave issue, which I have witnessed in the sales of the past few months.

There has been a considerable dip in the sales by repeat customers. Though the business is increasing, maintaining customer base is highly critical for establishing a strong grip in the market. My team had conducted a customer survey to find the root cause behind this attitude of customers. Some of the major pain points of customers, identified in the survey are:

It should be known to all of us that Customer is the central node of our business model. If the customers are happy, our business will increase. So it must be our mission to give the customers a memorable experience. I have planned some behavioral trainings based on customer handling and problem solving. I would appreciate a 100% participation in these trainings.

I hope from now on, our company will work with the motto of making customers happy. Do participate in the trainings and gain the most out of it. If you have some interesting ideas about making the consumer experience memorable, do share them with me.
