Explanation / Answer

Net resistance in paralle

1/R = 1/12.16 + 1/30.40 + 1/18.24 = 0.1699

Rparallel = 5.88 ohm

Net circuit resistance = 6.08 + 5.88 = 11.96 ohm

Net circuit current = 12/11.96 = 1.003 A

SO I1 = 1.003 A (ans)

Net eq of 30.40*18.24/48.64 = 11.4 ohm

current through 12.16 ohm

I2 = 1.003 *11.4/23.56 = 0.4853 A (ans)

I3 = (1.003-0.4853)*18.24/48.64 = 0.1941 A (ans)

I4 = 0.5177 - 0.1941 = 0.3235 A (ans)
