3) Uniformity in the schedule of nursing staff is very important in the hospital. In presented case of Ms. Haddad, working hours can be reduced from 12 to 8 or 9 hours depending upon the workload. Rotation is must for nursing staff and it should be equal for all nursing employees. Advantage of any nursing staff on personal ground (being unmarried) should not be taken, as it is against the workplace ethics. Staff member who is being used beyond the duty hours can raise vioce or refuse for the same. Hospital management skills can also be opted to solve this problem or frame new schedule. Keeping all this points in mind, hospital can make schedule accordingly so that nobody gets frustrated because of over workload and it can lead to the loss of a good employee for the hospital and loss of the job for an employee.
