(1) Vector substraction A-B is same as A+(-B) from the figure resultant of such a vector is more likely to be pointing quadrant 2

(2 and 3 ) vector addition is commutative i.e A+B=B+A therefore both will have same resultant and its likely to be pointing at quadrant 1

(4) resulatant of B+(-A) , this vector addition will most likely yield a resultant that points towards quadrant 4
