81 year old women came to hospital complaining of pain and aching in her hands.She says she feels pain mostly to the joints of her hands. She is not able to sleep well at night because of the pain and is thus feeling “rundown”.the joints in her fingers are swollen and appear to be disjoined.She said she have had mild pain for years, but nothing this bad.
