Considering that the given aquifer is a completely confined aquifer ,then the given question can be solved using Jacob straight line distance drawdown method.

Aquifer Transitivity(T) is given as,

T= 2.3×Q/(2[h- h)

Where,Q= pumping rate in m³/s

(h-h)= slope of the straight line in the distance(log scale :x axis) drawdown(along arithmatic scale: y axis)(in meters)
