Explanation / Answer
The Pvalue for the test is 0.002 which indicate that at 1% level of significance there is a significant relationship between number of times ate fast food past week and BMI. However the correlation coefficient is 0.072 which indicates that there exist a weak relationship between number of times ate fast food past week and BMI.
The results from the data are consistent. The sample size is also large enough. However considering the geographical are from which the sample are taken the sample size may be different. if the sample size is more than the present sample size the result may be different.
Considering the researcher's problem, more reaserch like what type of fast food ate etc. might be useful.
