Post a paragraph or two about the worst and best working environment you’ve been in: that is, the least satisfying environment and the most satisfying environment. Was the most satisfying necessarily the most motivating, and was the least satisfying also the least motivating? Think about it. Explain the environmental, behavioral, and other factors that contributed to your satisfaction or lack thereof in each environment. Is there anything about you that makes you different from other people in terms of what motivates you and what satisfies you? Are they always the same thing?

marPsychologists in private practice often set their own hours, and many work part time as independent consultants. They may work evenings or weekends to accommodate clients. Those employed in hospitals or other healthcare facilities may also have evening or weekend shifts. Most psychologists in clinics, government, industry, or schools work full-time schedules during regular business hours.
I love working in fixed schedules or as a free lancer in a private world, it is much motivating and satisfying to me as I get a life of my own too. Environment as such is most favourable for all social animals. Teamwork and self motivation are the two tools that differentiate me from others. None likes to work as a team member because the credit is divided and most of humans needs motivation from others. These two tools keep me satisfied and motivated always and forever.
