1. One of the reason behind this is innovation. Apple is known for its innovation which differentiated its product from any other, now Apple has not been involved in giving dramatic innovative products.

Due to heavy competition in market , now customers have too many alternatives in premium products through which they are losing their customer's.

Apple don't provide a large variety of products through which also they are losing their customer's .

2. Steve Jobs is known for its innovation when he was working for Apple he himself became a brand when Apple was in process of being a brand . He was biggest reason for the success of APPLE . Apple was not able to work as it worked when it was under Steve Jobs hand as nobody after Steve Jobs was so dedicated for this brand.

3. Apple is now in its growth phase of the business life. Due to so much competition it might now start ageing as it only target the premium class of people and many company like Samsung and many Chinese company have been emerged and giving tough competition to Apple. If Apple will not be able to innovate some dramatic products then it might see the decline phase.

4. Jonathan Ive is the chief design officer in Apple, he is a well known designer worldwide. Because of his work Apple is known for it's look and design which attracts the customer say it I phone , MacBook or IPad and a large volume of elite class is attracted which resulted in Apple's past success and still contributing and may contribute to future fortune .

7. Apple can be able to capture value from the rise of APPLE as a lifestyle brand . Apple means creativity and innovation it is present in every subconscious mind of people. Apple's marketing strategies and techniques are always great .

If Apple will personify , motivate or inspire a group or section of society then it may result in capturing more market and thus value.

8. Apple seems to be very good at disruptive innovation still accused of copying as each and everything can be innovated by an organisation , if they will do so they might lose control in their main area , so this is the reason Apple do copy others and through that technology they make furthr innovation and become number one .
