The specific strategy that will help implement the organization SWOT analysis, as it is considered the best among all the business strategic tools because it brings transparency in the business and in turn help the organization to gown in double digits which would eventually raise the bottom line of the organization.

The suggested implementation plan for the organization would be to bring in new software in the existing operation processes as it will help in re-engineer the end to end supply chain i.e. Warehouse Management System, as it will help avoid pilferage, misrouting of shipment etc. Plus will increase productivity of the warehouse and will have visibility of stock 24*7
