You have decided that your company should share its management expertise to enhance the local community as a form of corporate social responsibility. Referring to the information in the PowerPoint presentation on leadership communication (especially the first nine slides), write a two to three paragraph essay to convince your managers that they should each volunteer their time to the local community by serving as a member of the board of directors for a local nonprofit organization. Motivational speaker
If you want to be leader you should know how you can motivate the other person. This is important because you don’t have good day always, employees get demotivated from the mistakes and issue from the personal life’s. At that time you need to have a good motivating leader who can guild you through the particular situation. So that your motivation level can be increased.
Conflict management skills
This is one of the most important skill that a leader should have because as a leader you are dealing with people and chances of conflict between them are very high. So the leader should have ability to either avoid or resolve the conflict between the team so that work will not hamper.
Political Skills
This is skill which no one can teach other person. This is the fact that every organization has some people who play political games within the teams or organization for their person growth. A leader should know how to play those games and manage people how want to play those games with you to gain some personal profit. Than only you will able to manage the team properly.
Should know when and how much to speak
This is also very important knowledge or skill that a leader should have because in this the leader need to how much information should he/she share with others so that everything will remain in control. You cannot share all the information with others because that can have negative impact as well. So a leader should know what he/she need to speak and how much information need to be shared within the team.
