Conflict management can be difficult within ones personal life but it can be even more difficult to manage in the workplace due to politics and consequences. Below is a list of common components in the workplace that can cause conflict. Herein, in the conflict management for day to day life in workplace conflict management can be addressed in different ways in different scenarios. But ultimatetly, the aim always should be to resolve the conflict and it should not distrub the productivity and performance in the organization. Hece a good leader and manager can resolve them as (from available infomation only):-
1. Issues with the boss/leader: Aggressive mechanism, Here it doesn't means to be aggressive in terms of talking, but when there is a conflict with senior in any way, one has to be aggresssive in solving the problem at the earliest in the simple and quick manner.
2. Issues with coworkers: With cowerkers, issues are usually withdrawal mechanisms; which sometimes are expressed in physical symtoms. As a leader this should not happen and it must be resolved by conversation only for benefit of the team and orgazantion.
3. Issues with corporate policy: This happens when employees have certain negative feeling ablut the policies devised by senior management and this usually returns in negative outcome when junior management is un happy with the same. This as a leader must be solved by keeping employees to be optimistic, by making them understand that the changes will result positive outcome in future for every employee. Hence it is here necessary to be positive and make the team positive.
