Question
Please help me to solve this problem (Data Mining)
How to draw scatterplots of the normalized Anti-A and normalized Anti-B for each group ? I already calculate the normalized Anti-A and normalized Anti-B. I know how to draw the scatterplots but I am not sure what would be another variable to draw with either Anti-A or Anti-B. What I mean is to draw scatterplots, we need X-axis and Y-axis, and if I put Anti-A or Anti-B in X-axis, what variable goes in to the Y-axis? I am not sure what would be another variable; that could be time or T-visrus or just frequency or something else. Please help me what would be the another variable in this situation? Yo do not have to draw any scatterplots, please just give me some idea. if my question is not clear, I will elaborate more latter.

Table 1 – The amount of T-Virus in the patients' blood after a month for 40 combinations of Anti-A and Anti-B medication doses
• Anti-A: the amount of the Anti-A medicine injected to a patient

Explanation / Answer
In order to create a scatterplot for this data do the following :
1. I would suggest you to think for a way that whether you can make a common or normalized value of both the Anti-A and Anti-B doses as these doses have been given in combination and not separately so we can't plot two things on one side of the axis.
2. When you are able to find the common or normalized value of both the doses (it might be the average of the doses ) then plot the x and axis as Combination of doses of Anti-A and Anit-B on X-axis and T-virus on the Y- axis
3. This will let you show the decrease or increase in the condition or the T-virus of the patient during the course of the period.
