The one Porter’s generic business strategy is broad differentiation. It applied to all the industry across different markets but the main advantage of this it made products which are quite unique and from consumers, the company gets the superior response of it which separates from the competitor’s product in a different way.
Choosing the strategies will influence the staffs to reconstruct the work accordingly to the new objective and planning. If it is for broad differentiation then obviously the responsibility of satisfying customers and making good sense of marketing skill will quite more. As this strategy only follows the uniqueness of the products, the staffs are required to design and instructed to the new strategies of working and maintain a good workforce in the organization.
Human resource is the main role players in the organization if the strategies are changed then it is required to formulate new strategies in HR team also so that they can take that to the employees who are the pillars of the organization to maintain the workforce. The strategies will influence the staffs to reconstruct the work accordingly to the new objective and planning. If it is for broad differentiation then obviously the responsibility of satisfying customers and making good sense of marketing skill will quite more. The diversity planning should be implemented with the new strategies to take towards the goal and achievements of the organization, the planning must be made with full focus so that the organization should reach the esteemed height.
(a)Substantive assessment method can be staffing decisions. This method is used by the organization to eliminate at the initial stage of the hiring process or those who are not qualified in the selection.
(b) To maximize and increase reliability it is required validating the decisions more wisely and should take more precise decisions for the applicant who is mostly meeting the job criteria are given the best preference. Some personality and psychometric ability test are required to be taken to measure the character as this factor mostly influence the organization to sustain its workforce in a better way.
