7)Computer Crime: Computer crime is an act performed by a person who have huge knowledge about computer and have intesnion to harm some one policies which is voilation of policies of digital world.Computer security is concerned with preventing information stored in or used by computers from being altered, stolen, or used to commit crimes.The Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012,t aims to address legal issues concerning online interactions it include cybersquatting, cybersex, child pornography which leads to minimum 7 year of prison.
6)Computer Profiling: It is a form of dynamic program analysis that measures time complexity , space complexity of a program and many more. Marketing and netional security agencies diginhg in a computer and track there events so that they know the activity of a person so they can know what user is expecting and what kind of information he/she looking for. Like a terrorist looking for information about any bomb etc if this kind of information can be tracked by our security agencies which may help them to take that man to prison.
4)Email Privacy: Email privacy is most concernt topic of these days. every one wants privacy while sending or recieveing messsage because in this era critical information is shared through by the means of message over a network. this topic deal with issues of unauthorized access and inspection of electronic mail. Electronic Communications Privacy Act,Although the ECPA originally set up protections o protect email, those protections have been weakened in many instances by the Patriot Act.
5) Medical Database Privacy: Medical database include information about patient. it can be refered as can also refer to the physical privacy of patients from other patients and providers while in a medical facility.Domestic Violence is the crime of physical and sexual abuse perpetrated against one family member by another family member. Yes we can reduce the domestic voilance(myriad abuse) by keeping information about the patient. if a person go throgh some abuse and we keep that report and again that person goes through same condition so it is topic of concern and medical help provider can inform police to take care.
