In your own words, If you needed to convince your supervisor that time, effort, and money is needed to run encryption on your wireless network, what are some concepts that you would want to make clear to them. Use examples of real world scenarios to stress the points you make.When you present an argument to management, you must speak in things they understand. They understand things like reputation, money, damage to equipment (So, if you can state the probability of losing X amount of money is 85% in one year and you can prevent it by encrypting the traffic with Y dollars, management will most likely understand).

As you can see, if such important data are copromised it poses a huge risk to the reputation of the institution. Using the data intruder can deface the institute website and access sensitive data from servers
If Bank details are leaked into the network, with can cause a huge monetory loss to the institute
investing $500-$700 for security implementation (one time) and another $1000 yearly for maintaince can save the institute's fame and save thousands of dollars that can be bankrut by using few tricks only. so it is wise to implement securiity rather than risking the whole institute
