Struggling Student Working during college'school has many benefits as well as dificulties Many students feel that taking on a part-time/full-time job will distract them from their studies while in school. It can seem overwhelming trying to work while going to school, but it is possible to do Although, it take extra effort to hold down a job and still try to get good grades, one can do it. Among the numerous issues, three major obstacles that a student faces include: Tim Management, Lack of sleep, and Grades One of the major problem faced by a working students is the issue of time management. They have to be able to devote their time equally to studying as well as their job. Some students feels that they would not be able to manage their time efficiently for both studies and work If a student time is not manage right it may create a conflict with the student work schedule or workload that will cause them not to be able to concentrate on their studies. A working student finds it difficult to allocate enough time for their studies, even if they are working to pay for their school fees Second major problem a working student face is lack of sleep. Some students have to go to work right after class, which sometimes may result in having to work overtime or a later shift This issue becomes more problematic if they need to study for an exam or complete an assignment for which they may need to stay up longer to get it done. Sacrificing sleep seems to be a better option for most working students. But, it's very important to get proper rest at night this can be a major challenge for working students Third major problem a working student face are their grades. Many students were surprised that their grades decreased when they started working. Some students often find it challenging to put in equal time to maintain high grades in school. But, poor quality of studying will lead to failing grades. In order to obtain good grades student must be willing to proper preparation of each subject Trying to balance a study life and work life is very stressful for some students. One's life becomes more unfocused due to various situations and challenges they face.
