Ans:- Traditional Management, Communication, Human Resource Management, and Networking are surely primary managerial activities that all managers engage in. I had an experiance of working with my manager who use to impart these activities in work.
Traditional management talks about following the goals and objectives set by senior management. My manager used to focus on this aspect and tried to achieve the goals within prescribed time limit. Communication is also one of the major aspect in business whether it is with seniors or, colleagues or, subordinates. My manager used to have excellent communication with all the stakeholders and updated them about day to day operation.
Human Resource Management talks about grooming and managing the resource as well recruiting the new talent, if required. My manager has given me enough opportunity to grow and learn within the organisation. Networking is also important because it gives scope to expand the business. My manager used to have strong networking with partners, suppliers and distributors.
Out of all the four activities, communication is most important because it helps to update about day to day activity and achieve the confidence of management and team members.
