Explanation / Answer

Self-Awareness: 19 – high

Internalized Moral Perspective: 15 – low

Balanced Processing: 17 – high

Relational Transparency: 18 – high

Strength – my biggest strength is that I have very high level of self-awareness about my strengths and weaknesses. This high self-awareness makes me at peace with myself. And I am not afraid to admit my mistakes before others. I don’t struggle to prove myself to others, rather I see life as a journey for self discovery, and I constantly see myself through the eyes of people around me as a means of bringing about real internal improvements. I don’t seek solace in self-praise or false appreciation by others. This strength makes me capable of dealing with tough situations and making right decisions based on knowledge about my true self.

My other strength is that I strongly believe in building relations based on mutual trust and transparency. This comes from my self-awareness. So I don’t find any need for keeping double faces. And these qualities make me trustworthy, credible and someone who can be relied upon.

Weakness – my perspective is that I have a weak internalized moral perspective on various issues, particularly about the morality of actions as a leader and inability to take a clear position on controversial issues, because of my mediocre sense of morality.

Area of Improvement – I need to improve myself in the area of knowing others well. I need to have a balanced approach to improve participation of others in decision making. I need to improve upon my personality aspect that I don’t give enough importance to other’s ideas and perspectives before making decisions.
