Hi I have two questions that have been confusing me.

-How many hectares are in 5.5 acres? using the followingconversions

1 hectare = 10,000 m^2
1 acre = 160 rod^2
5.5 yards = 1 rod
40 rods = 1 furlong
8 furlongs = 1 mile
1 mile = 1.6093 km

I got to

5.5 acres x (160 rod^2/ 1 acre) in order to convert acres to rod^2but now I'm stuck. I was thinking of converting rod^2 to rod buthow do I do that?


my next question is

-if a lot that costs $6500 is 120ft by 75 ft, what is the price peracre?

I got 9000ft^2 as the lot's area and now how do I convert to acres(using the conversions listed above) Also, how do I calculate it sothat I get the price per acre?
