You already answer the two questions in the first question when you calculated the SO4 from the Ksp. From the Ksp value, the lowest value will be the one to precipitate first, while the second will precipitate last. So, all you have to do is do both equations:
BaSO4(s) ---------> Ba2+ + SO4-2
SrSO4(s) ----------> Sr2+ + SO42-
You already have the Ksp for both of them, and the concentration of Ba and Sr, so, all you have to do is calculate the concentration of SO4 from both of the equations, that will give you the concentration that it has when one or the other has precipitate.
Ksp = s2
Ksp = s*(Ba+s) Ksp is low so s will be low too, and we can neglect the sum
Ksp = s[Ba]
s = Ksp / [Ba]
Solve for s and you will have the concentrations for the ions.
Hope this helps
