In the given molecule each nitrogen has two sigma bonds, a pi bond and one lone pair. Two sigma bonds and a lone pairs needs hybrid orbitals, so each nitrogen undergoes sp2 hybridization to produce three sp2 hybrd orbitals, among the three hybrid orbitals two can be used to form two sigma bonds (one with H atom and another one with adjacent nitrogen atom) and third sp2 hybrid orbital holds lone pair of electrons.
After formation of two sigma bonds each nitrogen has an unhybridized p orbital with an unpaired electron. This unhybridized p orbital overlap laterally with another unhybridized p orbital on another N atom to form pi bond.
14 answer : b) hybridized sp2 orbitals from both nitrogens.
15. Answer : e) atomic p-orbitals from both nitrogens.
