Can someone please help me with this physical chemistry question? Thank you :)

Ethyl acetate is a common volatile ester, which contributes to the characteristic odor of glues nail polish remover. It has boiling point of 77 degree C, with delta_vap H bar = 31.94 k.J.mol^-1. Calculate q, w, delta U, and delta H for the following process: Isobaric cooling (1 atm) of 0.5 kg of ethyl acetate from 100 degree C to 20 degree C. The heat capacity of the liquid is C bar_P,liq =168.44 J mol^-1 K^-1 and the heat capacity of the vapor obeys the equation C bar_P,vap = a+ bT + c/T^2 where T is the thermodynamic temperature, a=23.38 J mol^-1 K^-1, b=0.276 J mol^-1 K^-2, and c= 4.25*10^5 J. mol^-1 K.

Explanation / Answer

The calculations of this is long , so i m telling u all the procedure involve here; To calculate all firstly go through the equation given ,find out Cp. As it is an isobaric process means in which the pressure stays constant ( delta P=0) , the heat transferred to the system would be given by Q = n.Cp.dT putting values find it. The enthalpy change means delta H for an isobaric process can also be given by the same equation that means overall Q = delta H

Now work done by the system W = -nRdelta T

remaining delta U can we find from the equation delta H = delta U + n R delta T
