F=iLxB {L is direction of current}

So

F(ab)=8*0.18*0.7=1.008N(into the plane)

F(cd)=8*0.18*0.7=1.008N (out of the plane i.e towards you)

F(bc)=F(cd)=0

F(net)=0 as F(ab) and F(cd) cancel each other
