Explanation / Answer
I have learned a lot in my current job position. I have developed skills like corporate communication , client handling, team development , creativity and innovation, people's management skills, negotiation skills, persuasion skills , leadership skills etc.
I always try to be transparent and ethically motivated while addressing my team members. I always discuss them the elements of value system like truth , honesty , respect, justice , equity etc. It inspires them to behave and act in a rational manner. I have requested my senior to guide my while any challenging task . In case ,any quick decsion will be taken then i used to rigorously revised the possible outcomes. I believe to be transparent, ethical , reliable, accountable and honest in my every endeavour. I utilzed to various information available through internet and web based technology to enhance my knowledge, skills and abilities . I have given open suggestion as well as latent option to people so that they can provide their valuable feedback to me. I used various software and simulation games to take crucial decision and evaluation for the organization.
