I need help with this please!!! PLease help me out on this
1) We are living in a time of an enormous threat on a planetary level. Many have said that business has the potential to play a significant--perhaps even a leadership--role in addressing climate change. What do you think is the responsibility of businesses right now? Should they be actively trying to reduce their greenhouse gas emissions? What about fossil fuel usage? What will you be looking for in a potential employer? Will the company's environmental footprint play a role in your decision to take a job? Does it play a role in the purchasing decisions you make?
2) Imagine a company is trying to decide where to locate a new factory. It could locate in the US, where labor and environmental regulations drive up the cost of production, or locate in a developing region, where it might be able to lower the cost of production by paying workers less and lowering environmental standards. Discuss how either of these choices might be in the "best interest" of the corporation. If you were advising the corporation on this decision, what factors would you consider? What decision do you think you might make? Would your decision vary based on the type of company and industry in which it operates? If so, how?
I am looking for an essay in the range of 2-4 double-spaced pages that demonstrates that you have thought seriously about these issues, applied your own critical thinking to the topic. If you'd like to use data or information from one or more, or any other source, please provide a citation to that article. I'm not worried about format, just make sure to include basic information and a link.

Majority of the firms underestimate how essential an employer’s level of ‘greenness’ is to prospective hires. It is now becoming essential for companies adept at publicizing their role as worthy environmental citizens to officially manage perception about environmental concerns via employment branding operations.
Also, individual recruiters should make the company’s environmental stance a vital component of their sales pitch to prospective candidates
Though some firms use the grassroots methodology to going green, some other firms start at the top &operate downward. GE is one of the few firms that have an environmental endeavour driven by their CEO. It has spent millions on ecomagination ads. The ecomagination drive is one of the courageous methods to acquire intangible worth by publicizing environmental endeavours in use by any global organization.
GE is acquiring that worth by selling more items to environmentally conscious customers & tapping pools of candidates who would have once considered it as an environment destroyer .
