Hey All, Its a project crashing question. Can someone help me showing how did LS 7 (in activity E) came from in the diagram? I thought EF = is 11 and - 5 activity so LS would be 6. So I am so confused where did LS 7 (in activity E) came from? I dont know to how to fine due date crashing. I would really apprecite it if someone can help me out in this please with explanation I dont need answer without explanation becuase I have the answer. Start the project by getting the values from start as Early start(ES) to Early Finish(EF).

Now start discussion about Late Start(LS) and Late Finish(LF). As shown in Example, Our Project completed at 12 weeks. Thus, Late Finish uses Backward Pass to reach at each node.
