The organization has not made a positive contribution and the it struggles with appropriate organizational learning. There needs to be focus given to organizational behaviour and work culture. The important goal is to provide important skills to the team members and make sure that there are essential qualities of team work, collaboration which is given importance. It will be useful to monitor the performance if the employees and use positive reward system to encourage effective and smooth performance. It will also be useful for the benefit of embracing positive work culture and performance.
Leadership and strategy can be used in an engaging and effective manner. The use of systematic and holistic framework will help for managing changes and fulfilling the goals laid by the company.
