Introduction (Nokia Company)

Nokia's mission is connecting people means it have to get high number of customers. Then it having more responsibility to get their leadership position back.

Nokia's vision is so simple, Nokia planning to achieve their mission by implementing strategy.

I have taken the Nokia Issues: Analysis have done by me and my team.

Nokia company having headquarter in finland. Its advertisement slogan is connecting people, once upon a time Nokia was considered to be leader for the mobile phone more than two decades upto 2006, starting to fell down from 2007 to fully down in 2012 and 2013 mid because these years Nokia had suffered from more loss.

However mid 2013, Nokia allied with Microsoft to use the windows for its mobile internet platform, after then nokia taken rebirth to enter in the market slowly steadily Nokia getting recovery from its loss but last two years it started to earn good number of profits even though It can't get the leader position because some reasons making it not suitable for that position.   

Reasons for the issues: problem is occurring

1) One of the Nokia model Called up from the market, due to technical issue this was first shock beat for nokia

2) Nokia had a problem to update with technology because once its competitors entered in smart phone, nokia started to struggled even to stay in the market itself.

3) Higher authorities never analysis the future long term risk because mobile phone device is a electronics, electronics having the ability to updated or modernized itself quickly, why nokia higher authorities put their ideas at the beginning level though holding the leader position.

4) Nokia never spend high amount of money in Research and development, due to lack shown by R&D Nokia faced failure.

5) Lack of communication in the organization between top and middle employees and middle to low employees, it resulted poor customer service. This also make its customer to choose other organization mobile phone.

Improve organizational functioning:

In Nokia case I would like to recommended to spend more money Research and development, try to innovate new plat form like android not to settle with windows. Put in mind it have to innovate the highest version of smart phones not the oldest version because as per Nokia mission getting back its leadership position in the smart phone world required more responsibility. Nokia having decentralization for its function activities its okay but Nokia have to check its function activities are headed by the experienced and knowledge person or not. If not it should be allocated as soon as possible else no use for decentralization. There is no communication barrier between top, middle and bottom workers, this problem never make the organization to achieve its goal. Finally, make all customer's to happy and focus to get their satisfaction by giving polite customer service.
