Normally I don’t stress that much at work or anywhere else.
But whenever I get stressed I make sure to listen the songs and take a power nap of 10 minutes as it refresh your mind. Due to the over working of your mind, it gets slower and tired so in order to refresh it you have to stop using it, it means slower the thinking process for little bit and just concentrate on relaxing it.
Make sure to get 10 min from your busy schedule to take power nape as it very helpful in relieving from your thought and make your mind relaxed and refreshed. Additionally listening to slow music can also heal a mind and relax it totally. As we all know that music can be great healer for mind as per the scientific researches.
