Explanation / Answer
I only have moderate stress levels that are very usual for someone who learns things for the first time, taking assignments and quizzes, taking exams etc. I also experience a limited amount of stress in my relationship with my friends and family members. I understand that all of these stressors are normal and I could overcome them with a bit of planning and executing the planning, playing outdoor and respecting others’ point of view. I have an organizer where I record all my events, such as regular which is a day today base, weekly, monthly and annually. This helps me in preparing things without forgetting anything. When I feel down, I made it a habit that I go and play soccer which helps me refresh and come out of my stress. Alternatively, I also talk to my friends and enjoy a light time in order to calm myself. Last but not the least, I talk to myself and motivate myself not to give-up on any situation but to learn from it which helps me face issues without running away from them.
