Explanation / Answer

All Vm related files will be existed on the host computer hard disk. The file will be like "<vm_name>.vmdk, <vm_name>.vmsd, <vm_name>.vmx, <vm_name>.vmxf.
All the above file are used to run the VM system and by using the <vm_name>.vmx we will start the VM system on computer host.
(3)
If we decline the software licenseWe cannot move further step procedure until unless we accept the software license. Even for both windows and linux operating systems we need to accept the software license while we are installing any new software.
So without accepting the software license we cannot install the software into the windows or linux OS.
