if you wants to realloctae the printer locations or do something else regarding to printing you must have the admin access. you can secure a print server by granting specific rights to users, groups of users. you can grant or deny permissions. to grant a printing permission for different groups you have administrativa access. and you have aware of that group.

some of the printers can connect directly to domain controller and we can remove the printer from the list also. Each network printer has a static IP and we then share that printer and add it using Group policy preferences.Printer permissions can set on the security tab of a printer's properties dialoge box to control who can print and manage network printing. there are three printer permissions: print, manage printers and manage document. manage documents alows users to perform administrative tasks relating to documents being printed, such as starting, pausing, resuming, reordering and cancelling documents.
