selecting appropriate
Explanation / Answer
Determining the best schedule is the key to corporate training. Employees are always busy with their regular work and scheduling the training sessions is a really big challenge. Plan in advance and communicate to target employees in advance and also we need to communicate to their reporting manager. This gives some time to the management to make alternative arrangements to release an employee for training without affecting KPIs. Training coordinator needs to have a clear idea about the topics going to cover in the program and timelines etc. Explore all opportunities to schedule the training in such way that schedule impacts least. See the feasibility of conducting the program online/offline and weekend etc.
Selecting appropriate: Resources and deciding on training options such as - online/offline are the vital element in the success s of training. Also infrastructure facility, training material, all these components brings training effectiveness. Selecting appropriate resources is like matching the employee needs with appropriate resources.
